Kevin is an interesting protagonist who’s quite ordinary, so the predicament he’s in makes this more compelling. While immediately suspenseful, the story has a slower start, allowing you to get to know the colourful cast of characters. Then, with perfect plotting, the tension rises until you’re ripping through the pages.
